Jeff Spokes: President

Jeff Spokes is the founder of The Spokes Agency.  He has over 19 years of Sales and Marketing experience working to help small and medium-size businesses achieve their goals. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

In 1991 Jeff began working with businesses to promote themselves on radio in the Northern Virginia area.  He moved to Charlottesville where he was the Sales Manager of a start-up radio station.  Then in 1997 Jeff moved to Baltimore and worked at V103 as well as 92Q before becoming the Sales Manager of WWIN-FM and then WERQ-FM.  During this time he learned to apply his business degree to the real-world needs of businesses and organizations who needed help promoting themselves.

In 2006 he founded The Spokes Agency, whose mission is to “Help small and medium-size businesses Find, Get and Keep customers with a structured Marketing Approach and Effective Media and Online Presence”.  Since then The Spokes Agency has helped dozens of companies utilize media effectively, create and enhance their web presence and grow.

 
Mike Glorioso: Director of Client Services

Mike brings knowledge and broad perspective to every project. As Director of Client Services for The Spokes Agency, his job is managing the moving parts of complicated production projects. Having more than 25 years experience in strategy, creative development, media and production, Mike’s expertise makes him ideally qualified to provide the project management necessary to get the job done quickly.

 
Jerome Love: Technical Support

Jerome’s mission is to provide superior technical support to the agency’s clients and business partners.  He began his career at IBM and successfully completed stints at several other industry leading companies.   His career accomplishments involved assignments throughout the US, Canada, Japan, Turkey, Germany, India and Taiwan. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and is a proud fan of both the Baltimore Ravens and the Dallas Cowboys.

 
Lynn Straus: Account Executive

Lynn Straus has 25 years of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service experience with a strong background consulting Government and Corporate accounts.  Lynn takes pride in providing the highest level of customer service to her clients. She enjoys working with clients to ensure their success.

 
Amirah Rahim: Project Manager

A graduate of Towson University’s Electronic Media program, Amirah has an array of experience with content management, online communications and design for print and online media. She has also worked in social media marketing, collaborating with clients to create a social media presence from the ground up.

 
Elinor Spokes : Editor

With her college degree in Art History, Elinor Spokes enjoys writing descriptively and with a flourish. Having worked in marketing and communications for arts organizations and several government agencies, Elinor also enjoys persuasive writing and writing to compel her audience to take action.

An avid cyclist, lover of the arts and overcommitted community volunteer, Elinor Spokes lives with her husband of 20 years Jeff Spokes and three active sons in Baltimore.
