Google Analytics Now Available For Mobile
It’s no secret that many companies depend on Google Analytics to track their sites’ statistics. Now Google is making it possible to get the same measurements for mobile apps, recently introducing Mobile App Analytics.
The new service, free for businesses, will allow users to track the way shoppers are using their mobile apps by providing three separate metrics. The first indicates what type of device the app was downloaded on, while the second shows how often consumers interact with the app. The third set of metrics may be the most important to businesses, as it focuses on the revenue generated from the app.
Those currently using Google Analytics can sign up to try out the new Mobile App Analytics, which will be released on a limited basis. All Analytics users should be able to use the new service by Fall.
